Capable of independently handling existing clients requirements & expanding new business.
Sales force, you possess a strong knowledge and network in the region.
Highly motivated by challenges, your negotiation skills and your ability to close deals will be essential in achieving your goals.
Should have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and Good analytical skills
Proven track record of sales in a similar role in freight forwarding industry
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Skill qualification and requirements
In depth knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations
Shipping line experience will be an advantage.
New customers leading to new business
Ensure enough commercial visits have been done to generate business.
Possess continuous drive to (further) develop sales activities.
