JOB DESCRIPTION SALES EXECUTIVE:- FREIGHT FORWARDING (ONLY) PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPAY (SEA/AIR/LAND). \xc2\xb7 Capable of independently handling existing clients requirements & expanding new business. \xc2\xb7 Sales force, you possess a strong knowledge and network in the region. \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated by challenges, your negotiation skills and your ability to close deals will be essential in achieving your goals. \xc2\xb7 Should have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and Good analytical skills \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of sales in a similar role in freight forwarding industry \xc2\xb7 Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products \xc2\xb7 Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans \xc2\xb7 Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors \xc2\xb7 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed \xc2\xb7 Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies Skill qualification and requirements \xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations \xc2\xb7 Shipping line experience will be an advantage. \xc2\xb7 New customers leading to new business \xc2\xb7 Ensure enough commercial visits have been done to generate business. \xc2\xb7 Possess continuous drive to (further) develop sales activities. \xc2\xb7 Meeting Sales Goals \xc2\xb7 Market Knowledge \xc2\xb7 Sales Planning \xc2\xb7 Negotiation \xc2\xb7 Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints maintaining good sales and service.
