ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER:- FREIGHT FORWARDING (ONLY)

PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN FREIGHT FORWARDING (SEA/AIR/LAND) AND EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Sales Operations, Supply chain Management, Client Management, Client Relationship Management, Shipment control and Logistics

. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

. Maintain sales quotas by managing a team that will meet or exceed target sales numbers

\xc2\xb7 Capable of, independently expanding the Air, Ocean & Land freight department and make it profitable/increase profitability.

\xc2\xb7 Sales force, you possess a strong knowledge and network in the region.

\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated by challenges, your negotiation skills and your ability to close deals will be essential in achieving your goals.

\xc2\xb7 Should have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

\xc2\xb7 Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

\xc2\xb7 Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

\xc2\xb7 Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

Skill qualification and requirements

\xc2\xb7 Analysis Skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strategic Planning & Budgeting Abilities, and organizing a program to achieve those
