We are looking for experienced Forex Sales Executives to acquire and manage retail and professional trading clients. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients via calls, CRM leads, referrals, and digital channels
Explain trading products (Forex, Metals, Indices, CFDs) without providing investment advice
Guide clients through account opening, funding, and platform onboarding (MT5)
Maintain and update leads in FX CRM
Achieve monthly deposit and trading volume targets
Follow compliance, suitability, and regulatory scripts
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in Forex / CFD sales
Hands-on experience with FX CRM and MT5 platform
Strong understanding of leverage, margin, spreads, swaps, market products, and trading conditions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Preferred Skills:
Existing client book in Forex / CFDs
Multilingual (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin, etc.)
Experience in UAE / GCC markets
