Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for forex trading services through outdoor sales activities.
Utilize personal networks and existing leads to generate new business.
Promote company products and services to potential clients in a professional and ethical manner.
Meet prospective clients in person and explain trading platforms, account types, and services offered.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Coordinate with the dealing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth account opening and onboarding.
Ensure all sales activities comply with SCA regulations and company policies.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in forex sales mandatory
Proven track record in outdoor sales and client acquisition.
Candidates with
own client leads / portfolio
will be given preference.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of forex trading products and financial markets.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of UAE market and regulations is an advantage.
