Spot FX and CFD
Sales Team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the FX and CFDs market, a strong client network (
particularly among Retail clients and HNIs
in the Arab region), and a proven ability to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced trading environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Developing a portfolio of
FX and CFD Retail clients
including
HNW accounts
Leveraging his existing clients network to generate leads and onboard new business
Delivering consistent revenue growth by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintaining detailed records of leads, conversions, and client engagement
Representing the firm in industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, with a focus on opening and developing new markets.
Build and nurture a clients portfolio, fostering a high- analyze sales data for insights, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.
Identify and target potential clients, including individual traders, and corporate clients, to onboard them to the company's Forex trading platform.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including lead generation, cold calling.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with a
leading Financial brokerage company or a bank in the UAE
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
In-depth understanding of
Spot FX and CFDs and Financial Markets
Strong database and industry relationships, especially within the
UAE & GCC client segment
Proven ability to
generate business and close deals
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
