Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new clients interested in forex and CFD trading. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Product Knowledge: Educate clients on forex trading, company products, and services, including trading platforms, tools, and market updates. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and inactive clients to maximize conversions. Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends and developments to provide clients with informed guidance. CRM Management: Efficiently manage leads and client data using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the forex or financial markets. Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell financial products, close deals, and handle objections. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of forex trading, market dynamics, and trading platforms like MetaTrader 5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages, e.g., English; additional languages are a plus]. Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
