will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing contracts for
Hard Services
(HVAC, MEP, Fire & Safety Systems, etc.) and
Soft Services
(cleaning, security, waste management, pest control, etc.).
You will work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide tailored solutions to clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE.
Sell integrated or individual FM services to corporate, retail, healthcare, and real estate clients.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Procurement) to support deal closures.
Track sales activity using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE Facilities Management industry.
Strong knowledge of both
Hard FM
and
Soft FM
services.
Existing network of clients or facility/property contacts within the UAE (advantageous).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Valid UAE Driving License is
preffered
.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
