Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector. Promote Edama's full suite of FM services to potential clients. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to assess customer needs. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and contract negotiations. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in facility management or a related industry. Strong network within real estate, property management, or commercial sectors is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of FM services (hard and soft services). GCC market experience (if relevant). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Driving License is a must
