As a

Sales Executive - FM

, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales for our facilities management services, with a strong focus on

swimming pool maintenance and related services

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in the FM sector, particularly for pool maintenance services. Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to drive business growth. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and propose customized solutions. Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, particularly in pool technology and FM best practices. Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in Facilities Management or pool-related services. Strong understanding of pool cleaning, chemical treatment, filtration systems, and general pool maintenance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
