Sales Manager
to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the window cleaning and facade maintenance sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Present and promote services effectively to prospective clients.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, close deals, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in cleaning or service-related industries.
Fluent in
Arabic
(spoken and written) -

(due to job nature and field visits).
Valid UAE driver's license -

(own vehicle is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
