Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in FM & cleaning services Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service presentations Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence Research competition, market trends, and client needs Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports

Requirements

Proven experience in FM or cleaning services sales Strong knowledge of soft services, cleaning solutions, and FM operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-driven mindset and ability to close deals Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage Valid driving license preferred
