As a
Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for interior fit-out projects. You must have a deep understanding of the
construction or interior contracting industry
and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Russian-speaking candidates
will have an added advantage due to our expanding clientele base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior design market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in
sales within the construction, fit-out, or interior design industry
in the UAE.
Strong existing network within the UAE construction or real estate sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Russian language proficiency is a plus.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles.
