Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects to foster long-term partnerships.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Generate new business leads and follow up on potential project opportunities across the UAE.
Site Visits & Client Meetings:
Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project presentations to assess needs and present solutions.
Tailored Solutions:
Understand client requirements and propose customized fit-out or architectural solutions to meet their specifications and expectations.
Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the design and estimation teams.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering

Architecture

Interior Design
, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of
3-5 years
of sales experience within the
fit-out
or
architectural industry
in the UAE.
Driving License:
A
valid UAE Driver's License
and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE for site visits and client meetings.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in
outdoor sales
and business development, with a strong understanding of the fit-out industry and project cycles.
