A fast-growing premium contracting group in Dubai is expanding, and we are looking for a results-driven
Sales Executive
with solid experience infit-out, renovation, and interior contracting
to join our commercial team.This is a
high-commission-based role
with serious earning potential for top performers who know the UAE market and can close deals consistently.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new business for residential and commercial fit-out projects Build relationships with property owners, brokers, consultants, and developers Attend client meetings, site visits, and project presentations Prepare proposals in coordination with design and estimation teams Close deals and manage handover to project teams Maintain CRM records and pipeline forecasts
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in UAE fit-out / renovation / interiors sector Strong industry contacts and referral network preferred Proven track record of closing projects Self-motivated, target-driven personality Excellent communication and negotiation skills UAE driving license is a plus
