Sales Executive Fit Out And Renovation

Job Description



We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to actively generate and secure new fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure within the commercial and residential construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation



Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities. Target commercial clients requiring office fit-outs and high-end residential clients seeking apartment renovations.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, landlords, property management firms, consultants, and interior designers. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Sales Cycle Management



Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact and site surveys through proposal preparation, cost estimation, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective conversion of leads into confirmed projects.

Market Intelligence



Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Internal Collaboration



Work closely with design, estimation, and project delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

Reporting & CRM Management



Maintain a structured and up-to-date sales pipeline using the company CRM system. Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the fit-out, interior design, or construction/renovation industry (preferred).

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of fit-out and renovation processes, materials, and costing for both office and residential projects.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Performance-Oriented:

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

License:

Valid UAE/local driving license required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
