Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven

Sales Executive

specializing in

Fit-Out and Renovation Projects

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships within the UAE construction and interior market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in villa, commercial, and retail fit-out projects. Meet potential clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project offers. Collaborate with the design and operations team for project costing and delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management. Develop long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in

Fit-Out / Interior / Renovation Sales

. Strong network in the

villa, commercial, and retail

sectors. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
