We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Executive
withstrong technical knowledge
in Fit-Out, Villa Renovation, Interior Works, Apartment Maintenance, Painting, Electrical Works, Plumbing and AC Installation Works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in UAE and Dubai sales

.Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Dubai fit-out and renovation market Build and maintain a
strong network of client connections
for sales opportunities Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent after-sales support Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business leads to drive growthRequirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai
, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance Strong technical understanding offit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works
, and related processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Ability to independently generate leads, bring in business, and manage projects from start to close Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Valid UAE driving license is preferredWhat We Offer:
