Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads within the fit-out, renovation, and joinery space. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions from our service offerings. Prepare and deliver quotations and presentations with technical accuracy and commercial appeal. Coordinate with the project and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Attend site visits to better understand project scopes and communicate clearly with clients. Follow up on payments and maintain customer records using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Fluency in Russian and English

is essential. Prior experience in

fit-out, carpentry, or interior renovation sales

is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of

wood products, materials, and joinery techniques

. Dubai experience and driving license is needed Female candidates are
