Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships in the interior fit-out, joinery, and turnkey project sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. Generate new business opportunities through site visits, cold calling, and networking. Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations. Coordinate with the design and project teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and give presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and client activity summaries. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company services.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the

fit-out or interior design industry

is

mandatory

. Strong network of clients and industry contacts in UAE (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and design proposals. Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach. UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in the fit-out sector
