Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and business opportunities in the
fitout and interior contracting sector
.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in
fitout or interior design sales
within the UAE.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
