Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the fitout and interior contracting sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase company capabilities.
Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in
fitout or interior design sales
within the UAE.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Established network within the construction and interior design sector.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and perform under pressure.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
