is mandatory for this role due to regular site visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out sectors
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and designers
.
Prepare and deliver compelling
sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
tailored to client requirements.
Conduct
site visits
and client meetings to understand project scope and provide fit-out solutions.
Achieve or exceed assigned
sales targets and KPIs
.
Coordinate with the
estimation, design, and project teams
to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of
leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
: Minimum
5-8 years of sales experience
in the
fit-out or interior contracting industry
in Qatar.
License
: Valid
Qatar Driving License
is mandatory.
Skills
:
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and project lifecycles.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and CRM platforms.
Fluency in
English
; Arabic is an advantage.
