Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
Generate leads and follow up on new project opportunities across the UAE.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
Understand client requirements and propose customized fit-out or architectural solutions.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and competitors.
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.
and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
Proven track record in outdoor sales and business development.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, designs, and project cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Network of contacts within the construction and design community in the UAE.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Knowledge of local building regulations and project management processes.
