Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deliver project presentations.
Understand client needs and propose tailored fit-out or architectural solutions.
Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, competitors, and market conditions.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE within the fit-out or architectural sector.
Valid UAE Driver's License with flexibility to travel extensively across the country.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, design concepts, and project cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented professional.
