Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and architectural sector.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Project Engagement:
Conduct site visits and meetings to fully understand client needs and project requirements.
Solution Selling:
Present and propose tailored interior fit-out and architectural solutions aligned with client objectives and technical inputs.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, and technical) to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, new materials, and technologies in the fit-out and architectural industry.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering

Architecture

Interior Design
, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of
3-5 years of B2B sales experience
in the
UAE fit-out

architectural

construction
sector.
License:
Valid UAE driving license
with flexibility to travel across all emirates.
