Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the
fit-out and architectural solutions sector
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
.
Conduct regular
site visits, client meetings, and presentations
to understand project needs and propose solutions.
Offer tailored
interior fit-out and architectural proposals
aligned with client requirements and technical input.
Collaborate with
internal design, estimation, and technical teams
to prepare competitive and accurate quotations.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
consistently.
Stay updated on
market trends, materials, competitors, and new product developments
.
Provide detailed
sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence
to management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design
, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
3-5 years of
UAE-based B2B sales experience
in the fit-out or architectural sector.
License:
Valid
UAE Driving License
and willingness to travel across the UAE.
Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated success in
outdoor sales, lead generation, and closing deals
in a competitive market.
Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of
interior fit-out materials, design concepts, and project execution cycles
.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal,
negotiation

presentation skills

self-motivated, goal-oriented
