dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive
with proven experience in the
fit-out or architectural sector
to join our expanding team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role involves regular site visits and client meetings; therefore, a valid UAE driver's license is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
.
Proactively
generate leads
and pursue new project opportunities across the UAE.
Conduct
client meetings, site visits, and presentations
to promote products and services.
Understand customer needs and propose
tailored interior fit-out or architectural solutions
.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and project management) to prepare and deliver
technical and commercial proposals
.
Meet or exceed assigned
sales targets and KPIs
.
Stay updated on
market trends, materials, technologies, and competitor activities
.
Prepare and present
regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
to management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
Experience:
3-5 years of
UAE-based outdoor sales experience
in the
fit-out, interior design, or architectural sector
.
License:
Valid UAE driver's license with a willingness to travel extensively.
Strong
industry knowledge
, including materials, pricing, and project lifecycles.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Fluent in
English
; knowledge of
Arabic
is an added advantage.
Highly
motivated, target-driven
, and capable of working independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
