Position Overview



We are seeking a

highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive

with a proven track record in

fit-out and acoustic solutions

sales. This is a

field-based role

involving regular client visits, site meetings, and direct engagement with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users. Ideal candidates will have a technical background and strong B2B sales experience within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development



Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the

fit-out and acoustics

segments. Build a healthy sales pipeline by connecting with

architects, consultants, contractors

, and

end clients

.

Client Relationship Management



Develop and maintain

long-term relationships

with key decision-makers and project stakeholders. Act as the

main point of contact

throughout the sales cycle, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

Sales Presentations & Solutions



Deliver compelling

presentations and product demonstrations

tailored to each project. Prepare and present

technical and commercial proposals

that align with client expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with

design, engineering

, and

project teams

to deliver customized solutions. Ensure proposals meet

technical standards, budget constraints

, and

aesthetic requirements

.

Documentation & Deal Closure



Prepare accurate

quotations, BOQs, technical submittals

, and

commercial proposals

. Manage the full sales process from lead follow-up to

deal closure

, meeting monthly targets.

Market Intelligence



Stay updated with

industry trends

, emerging technologies, and

competitor activities

. Share

market insights

with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Reporting



Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status in a

CRM system

. Submit

regular sales reports, forecasts

market analysis

to the management team.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation



Bachelor's degree in

Business

Architecture

Interior Design

,

Engineering

, or a related field.

Experience



2-4 years

of B2B sales experience in

fit-out

architectural

, Must hold a

valid UAE driving license

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
