Business Development

Engage proactively with

to grow a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring client needs are met.
Sales Presentations & Solutions
Conduct compelling presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to project requirements.
Prepare and present
technical
and
commercial
proposals that align with client goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to develop solutions that meet
technical
,
budgetary
, and
aesthetic
requirements.
Ensure full alignment of proposals with architectural and performance specifications.
Documentation & Deal Closure
Prepare accurate
quotations

BOQs
,
technical submittals
, and
commercial proposals
.
Follow up diligently and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and innovations in fit-out and acoustic solutions.
Provide actionable market feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Reporting
Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities using
CRM tools

Submit regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business

, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of
B2B sales experience

fit-out

architectural

acoustic solutions
within the
UAE
.
License:
Valid UAE Driver's License

mandatory
