Position Overview:



We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented

Sales Executive

with hands-on experience in

fit-out and acoustic solutions

. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in

architecture, interior design, or construction

who is skilled in B2B sales. As a field-based role, it requires frequent site visits and direct engagement with clients to build trust and close business.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development



Identify, qualify, and actively pursue new business opportunities in the

fit-out

and

acoustics

sectors. Engage proactively with

architects

,

consultants

,

contractors

, and

end-users

to grow a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring client needs are met.

Sales Presentations & Solutions



Conduct compelling presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to project requirements. Prepare and present

technical

and

commercial

proposals that align with client goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to develop solutions that meet

technical

,

budgetary

, and

aesthetic

requirements. Ensure full alignment of proposals with architectural and performance specifications.

Documentation & Deal Closure



Prepare accurate

quotations

,

BOQs

,

technical submittals

, and

commercial proposals

. Follow up diligently and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Intelligence



Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and innovations in fit-out and acoustic solutions. Provide actionable market feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting



Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities using

CRM tools

. Submit regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:


Bachelor's degree in

Business

,

Architecture

,

Interior Design

,

Engineering

, or a related field.

Experience:


2-4 years of

B2B sales experience

in

fit-out

,

architectural

, or

acoustic solutions

within the

UAE

.

License:


Valid UAE Driver's License

is

mandatory

Core Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Proficiency in

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
