The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture, interior design, or construction, combined with a successful track record in B2B sales. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular site visits and in-person client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads in the
fit-out and acoustic
sectors.
Proactively engage architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users to build a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales Presentations & Solutions
Deliver persuasive product presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to project needs.
Present clear and compelling technical and commercial proposals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers to develop compliant and aesthetically aligned solutions.
Ensure proposals meet both technical specifications and design requirements.
Documentation & Deal Closure
Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, and commercial proposals.
Conduct timely follow-ups and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Share actionable market feedback with internal teams to support product and marketing development.
Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions via CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market dynamics to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of B2B sales experience in fit-out, architectural, or acoustic solutions within the UAE.
License:
Valid UAE driver's license is
mandatory
.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
