Position Overview:



We are looking for a

highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

fit-out and acoustic solutions

industry. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in

architecture, interior design, or construction

, and have a successful track record in

B2B sales

. This role requires

frequent site visits and client meetings

, making a valid UAE driving license essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the

fit-out and acoustic

sectors. Actively prospect and engage

architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users

.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture

long-term relationships

with key clients and decision-makers. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Presentations & Solutions:

Deliver impactful presentations and

product demonstrations

tailored to client needs. Present

technical and commercial proposals

with confidence and clarity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with

designers, engineers, and project managers

to develop custom-fit solutions. Ensure technical compliance and aesthetic alignment with client requirements.
Documentation & Closure:

Prepare and manage

quotations, BOQs, technical submittals

, and proposals. Follow up diligently to

close deals and exceed sales targets

.
Market Intelligence:

Keep abreast of

industry trends, competitors, and new technologies

. Provide feedback and market insights to the marketing and product development teams.
Reporting:

Maintain organized sales records using CRM or other tools. Submit regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market activity.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering

, or a related field.

2-4 years of B2B sales experience

in

fit-out, architectural, or acoustic solutions

within the UAE.

Valid UAE driver's license

is

mandatory

. Strong

presentation, negotiation, and communication

skills. Ability to read and interpret

architectural drawings, BOQs

, and technical specs. Proficiency in

English

(spoken and written); Arabic is a plus. Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
