Sales Executive (erp / Accounting Software) – Salary + Commission

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to sell our ERP / accounting & POS software to small and medium businesses. The role includes generating new leads, visiting prospects, presenting the product, and following up with existing customers to renew agreements and upgrade modules. This position offers a basic salary plus an attractive commission structure based on performance.

Responsibilities

Find and contact new customers (cold calling, WhatsApp, email, referrals, networking, social media). Manage the full sales cycle: lead ? meeting/demo ? proposal ? closing ? onboarding follow-up. Contact existing customers for renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and cross-selling. Conduct product demos (online or in-person) and explain features clearly. Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and pipeline. Coordinate with the support/implementation team to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Achieve monthly sales targets and activity targets (calls, meetings, demos).
Requirements

1+ years of sales experience (B2B sales is preferred). Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus). Comfortable with phone-based selling and meeting customers. Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close deals. Basic knowledge of accounting/ERP/POS is an advantage (training will be provided). UAE driving license is a plus (if field visits are required).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
