After very successful 2025, our client is expanding and looking for Senior Sales and Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai (with 5 openings available).
Reporting directly to the Sales Director and work closely with the sales team to deliver tailored ERP implementations that address client requirements.
Manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client prospecting, outreach and closing successful deals.
Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and promote ERP solutions to prospective clients across UAE.
Key Candidate Criteria
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets for ERP solutions.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and software.
Exceptional ability in negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
Deep understanding of UAE's business and market dynamics.
Proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is a significant advantage
Relevant sales or ERP Certifications is a plus
Can speak fluent English
