At People Hive HR Consultancies LLC, we specialize in delivering comprehensive HR solutions covering the entire employee lifecycle, executive and talent search, and business setup services. We are now seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive (ERP Solutions) for our client in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the market presence for ERP solutions across the UAE and GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC region
Promote and sell ERP solutions to startups, SMEs, and mid-sized enterprises
Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to recommend tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in CRM
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging ERP technologies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of ERP/software sales experience in the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Applications, Electronics, or a related field
Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and their applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results
Familiarity with the UAE business environment and market dynamics
Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory)
