Role Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our partner's on-site team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly in Tally software, with a strong ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Tally accounting software by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct product demos and explain key features, including accounting, inventory, VAT compliance, and payroll in Tally
Build and manage a pipeline of wholesale and B2B clients
Generate leads through calls, networking, and industry events and Market Adpotions(Cold Calls)
Validate offers and pricing, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with client expectations
Collaborate with technical and support teams for seamless onboarding
Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback to leadership
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in UAE or India.
UAE Driving license.
Background in selling software, especially Tally, is a strong advantage.
Lead generation experience.
Knowledge of B2B Sales.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for tech solutions
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
