We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead project-based sales in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have experience selling products like tiles, marble, paints, LED lighting, and sanitaryware to construction and interior industry professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell products to architects, designers, contractors, and developers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide tailored product recommendations and technical advice
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Maintain records of sales activities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project-based sales in the building materials sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of construction project cycles and UAE market dynamics
