Sales Executive - Business Setup Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong experience in the
UAE business setup landscape
, excels at lead conversion, and is comfortable dealing with high-level intermediaries and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound business setup inquiries generated through marketing, website, and paid ad campaigns
Qualify leads via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or email--based on budget, timeline, business type, and expansion goals
Consult with prospects and intermediaries (accountants, law firms, advisors, etc.) on UAE jurisdictions, license types, visa eligibility, and documentation
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated with UAE company formation regulations, free zone and mainland setup options..
Collaborate with internal team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals
Ensure seamless information flow across teams for accurate delivery of services
Maintain and update lead activity in
Zoho CRM
--tracking status, notes, and follow-up tasks
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into active clients
Share objections, feedback, and client insights with the marketing team to support ongoing campaign refinement
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in
UAE business setup consulting or a similar client-facing role
Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, and B2B relationship management
Strong understanding of Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation in the UAE
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
Experience working with or selling to intermediaries like accountants, lawyers, and consultants
Familiarity with Zoho CRM
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
