Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Contact, follow up, and convert company-provided leads
Identify client needs and recommend suitable business setup solutions
Explain mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission earnings
Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in sales, business setup, or consulting in the UAE
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/other languages a plus)
Good knowledge of UAE business formation procedures
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude
