One Step Corporate Services, a leading business setup and legal consultancy firm based in Dubai, We are looking for a motivated and results-driven, experience or fresher Sales Executive or Business consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business setup industry in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a Sales Executive or similar sales role, ideally with a focus on business setup, corporate services, or consultancy sectors. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs is essential.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred):

Familiarity with the UAE business setup landscape, including regulations, licensing processes, and legal frameworks, is highly advantageous. Experience in advising clients on corporate solutions and business consultancy is a strong plus.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Must be able to communicate confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Negotiation & Presentation Skills:

Highly skilled in negotiation, with the ability to close sales effectively. Strong presentation abilities to deliver engaging and compelling pitches to prospective clients.

Relationship Building:

Proven ability to establish rapport quickly and foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored business solutions.

Self-Motivation and Independence:

A goal-oriented mindset, with the drive to work independently and proactively in achieving sales targets. Must be comfortable managing one's workload and sales pipeline autonomously.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent presentation. Proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) is considered an asset.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Capable of using technology to streamline and enhance the sales process.
