Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive - Bakery to join our team in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling bakery products, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell a range of bakery products to retail, corporate, and wholesale clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and in-store promotions. Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and product inventory. Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports and insights to management for strategic planning. Support marketing efforts, including campaigns, trade shows, and special events.
Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor. Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting tools. Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel locally for client visits, product demos, and events.
