Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
retail, wholesale, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering)
sectors.
Promote and sell the company's bakery and food products to existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients.
Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in
food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B or B2C sales
.
Strong knowledge of food products, bakery ingredients, or pre-mix items is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license.
Female candidates preferred.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
