We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the bakery sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) industry and a strong understanding of bakery products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our high-quality bakery products to the HORECA sector in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
:
Sales Development
: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, etc.).
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Promotion
: Effectively promote and sell a wide range of bakery products to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Market Research
: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Sales Targets
: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Order Management
: Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Negotiations
: Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contracts with customers to close deals.
Reporting
: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to the management team.
Brand Representation
: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HORECA industry, with a focus on bakery products.
Strong understanding of the bakery industry, including product offerings and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Knowledge of the UAE market and local HORECA landscape.
Valid UAE driver's license (preferred).
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
