We are seeking a

motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

fit-out and architectural sector

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong network in the local construction and design industries, excellent communication skills, and a consistent record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires regular client engagement and site visits, so a

valid UAE driver's license

is essential.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and architects to drive business growth and client retention.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Client Engagement:

Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and understand project requirements to offer tailored interior fit-out and architectural solutions.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and technical) to deliver accurate, compelling technical and commercial proposals.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue and profitability of the company.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, client preferences, and emerging materials or technologies.

Brand Representation:

Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility and build industry connections.

Reporting:

Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.

Requirements



Education:


Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

,

Interior Design

,

Engineering

, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:


3-5 years of successful sales experience in the

UAE fit-out

,

architectural

, or

construction

industry.

License:


A

valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.

Proven track record in

fit-out processes

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
