Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors within the UAE.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and competitor activity.
Provide regular sales forecasts, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted proposals to ensure successful deal closure.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of UAE experience
in sales within the fit-out or architectural project industry.
Valid
UAE Driving License
and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
Proven track record in
outdoor sales
and business development.
In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, interior finishes, project lifecycles, and market pricing.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
