We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with solid experience in the fit-out or architectural industry to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and close deals. A valid UAE driver's license is essential as the role requires frequent site visits and client meetings across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities across the UAE, generating and following up on leads.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to business growth initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE's fit-out or architectural sector.
Valid UAE driver's license with willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, designs, and project workflows.
Demonstrated success in outdoor sales and business development roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
