What You'll Do

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop a strong client base by maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Gather and share market intelligence on air freight trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and smooth execution of shipments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the air freight industry within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of airline operations, agent networks, and market development.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
