Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Centres and Supermarkets. Achieve sales targets by promoting FMCG products and securing prime shelf space. Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product placement, and competitor activities. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the 10, 20 Stores & Discount Centers.
Specialized in Dubai Region.
Good Reputation with Discount Centers e.g. Gift Village, Gift Land, Kabayel Centers, Day to Day, Green House, Grand Barsha etc.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai Areas, Shops and Commercial Markets . Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across assigned regions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.What We Offer
