Fintrek Marketing is looking for an experienced and motivated

Sales Executive - Personal Loan

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience

in the personal loan or financial sales field and a strong passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, and field marketing Explain loan eligibility, features, and documentation requirements to clients Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Build and maintain long-term client relationships Follow company policies and comply with banking regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in personal loan sales or banking/financial services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a strong sales drive Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be currently residing in Dubai or the UAE Immediate joiners preferred
