We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Estimation Engineer to join our Sales & Operations team. This role involves preparing quotations, supporting technical sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide accurate project requirements to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
Contribute to business development initiatives and sales growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related field).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, estimation, or technical coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
